The bachelor's thesis deals with bullying in high schools and its possible preventi-on. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of bullying and its manifestations, types of bullying, participants, and finally, prevention. All sources of information come from profes-sional literature. The practical part is focused on a survey conducted in high schools within the South Moravian Region. Its aim is to reveal experiences with bullying and the extent of bullying among high school students. The practical part is in the form of a questionnaire survey, and the results are evaluated using sta-tistical methods and presented in graphs.

The Death of Jesus - Sacrifacing himself for the People of God for Gerhard Lohfink

The aim of this thesis is to analyze, present and evaluate the concept of Jesus' death as a sacrifice for God's people in selected texts of the German New Testament exegete Gerhard Lohfink (b. 1934). The thesis briefly introduces the author's life and his areas of research. The second part presents the basic thought structures through which Lohfink approaches the life and mystery of Jesus of Nazareth. This second part also includes a brief christological analysis of Lohfink's texts. While the second part is mostly christological, the following section is focused on soteriology. This chapter is focused on Jesus' death itself. It shows the deep Old Testament background of Jesus' gestures and sayings. Lohfink's interpretation of Jesus' death then culminates in its conception as a covenant sacrifice that Jesus offers on behalf of God's people. Then, in our author's thinking, lays Jesus down his life for Israel, the church, and the world.

Christ's Sacrifice: a Paradigm of Life as the True Worship

The aim of the work is to present Christ's sacrifice as an example and model for the Christian life on the basis of the study of biblical texts. The thesis is divided into chapters, the first of which discusses what a sacrifice is, what it is for, what its character may be, and how worship in the Old and New Testaments is related to the offering of sacrifice. The second chapter focuses on Old Testament sacrifices, the development of sacrificial rites, the handling of sacrificial gifts, and explains the meaning of sacrifices offered to God in the Old Testament. The third chapter gives attention to the prefigurations of Christ's sacrifice in the Old Testament, and the fourth deals in detail with Jesus' sacrifice, which begins with his incarnation and culminates in his death on the cross. The fifth chapter looks to the New Testament letters and psalms for concrete ways to follow Jesus in daily life. Christ is the pattern and image after which man was created. He took on human flesh to serve people and to show them in himself what a life focused on the good of others looks like. The Christian is called to follow Christ and has a chance to do so the more deeply he understands the meaning of his sacrifice. This is what the work seeks to contribute to.

Assistence to victims of crime

Committing a crime always means a big change in the lives of both the victim and the perpetrator. The psychological and social aspects of the victim of crime are affected. This bachelor thesis is focused on helping victims of crime. The main goal of this thesis was to find out what opportunities to help women - victims of social work crime in České Budějovice. This thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts, the rights of particularly vulnerable victims and the difference between them in comparison with the rights of the injured party are also listed. A substantial part of the work is devoted to legislation, which analyzes the constitutional order of the Czech Republic (CR) and international law. The empirical part was performed on the basis of a qualitative research strategy, then the data were categorized. The technique of questioning using a semi-structured interview, which consisted of 13 open-ended questions, was used to obtain data. A total of three informants from the area of assistance to victims of crime in České Budějovice were contacted, who subsequently formed a research group. The analysis and interpretation of the obtained data revealed that social work in České Budějovice offers a wide range of opportunities to help women as victims of crime. The informants mentioned the possibilities of women and also informed about changes in provision due to the pandemic. The results of the research can serve to raise awareness of society, as well as an information source for workers in organizations helping women as victims of crime.

This diploma thesis entitled The Doctrine of Creation and Theology of the Neglected World: A Conversation with O. Clément, R. Rohr, N. T. Wright and the Pope Francis aims to interpret the doctrine of creation and theology of the world as helping to rediscover the significance of today's neglected world as an inhabited and habitable place created by a good Creator who gave the world its eschatological orientation, which is renewed through Christ and in the Spirit. In this study I have a conversation with French Orthodox theologian Olivier Clément, the American Franciscan Richard Rohr, the British Anglican theologian and Bishop N. T. Wright and the Latin American Pope Francis. Each of them helps me, in a specific way, to understand in what sense the neglected world, together with man, can and does undergo transformations so that 'the world for death becomes the world for glory.' This perspective of creation which is eucharistic, universal, continuous and good shows how to achieve this goal.

Medieval building offerings from the archaeological perspective

This bachelor thesis deals with intentional deposits, a material evidence of customs connected with the foundation and construction of medieval buildings. The general principles of building offering recognition in the archaeological contexts were formulated on the basis of archaeological, written and ethnographical sources. Difficulties with their interpretation and terminology were discussed pursuant to the current discourse in European archaeology. Individual archaeological findings in the area of today's Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia from 6th to 16th century are presented and evaluated. Their list is also contained in the catalogue, which is put to this thesis. Work with convicted commiting sexual offence on children

This work deals with the treatment of convicts who committed sexual and violent offenses against child victims. Specifically, it focuses on the results of the implementation of the treatment program the individual participants within a standardized program for offenders sentenced for crimes of violence against children GREPP (English acronym GREPP - Re-education psychology program focused on working with wine). The majority of offenders from the beginning of his guilt and does not want to accept it conceals. From experience it implies that in the course of the program can attitudes convicted for their crimes vary. The research sample qualitative part of the study was collected in the years 2014 to 2016. It is a narrative study. It was composed of three representative case studies from among the graduates of the program in the prison GREPP Nové Sedlo The work investigates whether the participants in the program are able to specifically change their attitude and outlook on their criminal activities. Another goal is to use the findings of the work to create recommendations for convicted graduates of the program, which would be useful for further punishment. The picture of Jan Palach in czech culture

This thesis deals with cultural image of Jan Palach. It focuses especially on symbols and myths contributing to construction of this image. The main emphasis is given on the concept of sacrifice - the study analyzes comparisons of Jan Palach to archetypes of Jesus Christ and young martyrs. In the second part author analyzes national dimension of Palach's cultural image. She deals with comparison of Palach to Jan Hus and analyzes Palach's funeral as a part of tradition of Czech public funerals - quiet national demonstrations. The methodology of the study is discourse analysis, which is applied not only on texts (fiction and nonfiction), but also on photographic and film footage.

Hope and Meaning of Human Existence: Comparing the Approach to Human Existence of Gabriel Marcel and Albert Camus

73 Abstract The first part of my dissertation deals with the philosophy of Gabriel Marcel. It begins with the basic information about the philosopher as well as with his thinking placed within the context of the philosophy's history. Next step is Mr. Marcel's ideas about the feeling of the essence of life which is significant to experience in one man's life in order to set off the journey of englightenment. The feeling of the essence of life is unfortunately being silenced in nowadays people. After that I introduce the philosopher's conception of the imprisonment of a human being. This imprisonment is the cornerstone of his explanation of the metaphysics of hope. At the end of the first part I submit the power and the importance of hope in a human's state of mind which can be so stable that even the death of the beloved doesn't mean the end of hope. As mentioned before, the second part begins with the information about Mr. Albert Camus and I also put his philosophy in the context of the history. The most important step is to introduce his feeling of the futility without which the philosophy of Mr. Camus cannot be understood.
